Why Learn Spanish?
Let us highlight some good reasons for learning Spanish
Widely Spoken
Spanish is the second most spoken language by native people in the world, with more than 477 million native speakers. What is more, is the official language or 21 countries
Popular for Learning
Spanish is considered one of the easiest languages to learn and start speaking for native English speakers as English acquired more than 30 per cent of its vocabulary from Latin, so you’ll immediately recognise and understand many words.
Growing Language Trend
According to this year’s British Council Language Trends Report, Spanish is the most popular A-level language in England and it is becoming the most popular language at GCSE level.
Employment Possibilities
Learning Spanish makes you more employable. With the fast-growing Latin American market and Spain being in the top 20 economies in the world, being able to speak Spanish works as a huge advantage and opens opportunities all around the world
A World of Culture
Learning Spanish will enable you to gain access to a world literature, films, music and art. From understanding the words of Gabriel García Marquez and Jorge Luís Borges, to enjoying tv series such as La Casa de Papel, to singing to the lyrics of Spotify’s most streamed artist Puerto Rican, Bad Bunny, or getting into the mind of Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dalí.
